Parents and children have the opportunity to experience
Judaism together throughout the year.
Morning Blessings - Every Sunday we begin our day rooted in gratitude, song and prayer as we gather together as a community in the chapel.

Field Trips - Each grade invites parents and students to explore
Judaism though a day trip into the city.
Scheduled trips:
The Skirball, Zimmer Museum, art studios, Museum of Tolerance, LA Zoo, Hillside, Tree People, Runyon Canyon and the Fairfax District.

Family Learning Days - Once a year, parents spend a Sunday morning experiencing Religious School with their student. Educators lead an engaging learning activity for families to
partake in.

Family Engagement

In addition to our Family Programs, we offer many events for parents to enjoy during Religious School
hours. Currently parents can participate in yoga weekly, play mahjong, hike Runyon Canyon and take
part in meaningful and thought-provoking workshops. Our community embraces involvement and we
develop programming that supports and engages our parent body.
